3-Way Calling
You can have a three-way conversation on your ReachOut Wireless™ handset. Airtime and other normal charges, which may include international toll charges, will apply for both calls until you disconnect the call. Essentially, with 3-Way Calling, you simply incur charges for two calls.
3-Way Calling is automatically included with ReachOut Wireless™ service. If you are not sure whether you have 3-Way Calling, please contact customer service department at 877-870-9444.
How do I use it?
- While on a call, dial the number of the other person to conference in and press the "Send/Talk" button.
- The person you were talking to will be put on hold automatically while the call is made.
- When the other person answers, press the "Send/Talk" button to create a conference call.
- If the other person does not answer, press the "Send/Talk" button twice to end the connection and go back to the person you were talking too initially.
- To end both conversations completely, press the End button.
Caller ID
Caller ID displays the number of the party calling you. To use it, simply look at the display of your phone before answering a call to see what number is calling. The cost for Caller ID is already included in the per-minute rate. Caller ID does not have an additional cost. Caller ID is automatically included with ReachOut Wireless™ service. International Long Distance
Direct International Dialing allows you to call over 100 countries directly from your ReachOut Wireless™ phone. All direct-dialed international calls are billed at $1.59 per minute, with the following exceptions:
- Canada, Guam, and Mexico (landline): $0.34 per minute.
- Mexico (cellular): $0.49 per minute
All International call usage is subject to applicable charges including but not limited to, international toll charges, airtime, taxes and surcharges. International call usage is applicable to voice service only.
The Company reserves the right to block calls to any international location without notice, and to suspend or terminate international calling capability without notice. Call Forwarding is blocked to all international locations.
The Company reserves the right to require subscribers, in order to complete an international call, the requirement to first dial a toll free number; or enter a pound code or a short code or a star code in order to complete the call.
Voice Mail
Voice Mail works like an answering machine for your ReachOut Wireless™ phone.
The cost for Voice Mail is already included in the per-minute rate. Should you call the Voice Mailbox from your ReachOut Wireless™ phone, it will simply cost you the airtime for the call.
To access the Voice Mailbox, you can call *86 (*VM) from your ReachOut Wireless™ phone (standard airtime rates apply), or you can access the Voice Mailbox remotely by:
- Calling your ReachOut Wireless™phone from another number, such as a home phone.
- Waiting to hear your greeting.
- Press the # button to access the Voice Mailbox.

Call Forwarding
You can have calls automatically forwarded to any other domestic phone number. Your ReachOut Wireless™ phone will not ring while calls are being forwarded. Once Call Forwarding is activated, all inbound calls will continue to be forwarded until Call Forwarding is deactivated (see how to deactivate below).
Call Forwarding costs only the length of your inbound calls in airtime. For example, if you receive a 5-minute call while your calls are forwarded, you will be billed for five minutes worth of airtime. How do I add it to my plan?
Call Forwarding is automatically included with the ReachOut Wirelessservice. If you are not sure whether you have Call Forwarding, please contact customer service department at 877-870-9444. How do I use it?
To Activate:
- Press * 7 2.
- Enter the phone number where you want calls to be forwarded. (e.g. *72-614-475-6998).
- Press the Send button and wait for confirmation. You should hear a confirmation tone or a message.
- Press the End button.
To Deactivate:
- Press * 7 3.
- Press the "Send/Talk" button and wait for confirmation. You should hear a confirmation tone or a message.
- Press the "End" button.
Call Waiting
Call Waiting alerts you to a third party attempting to reach you while you are on a call. Call Waiting also allows you to switch between multiple inbound calls. When another call comes in, simply press the Send button to switch to the new caller and the first caller will be put on hold automatically. To switch between callers, press the Send button.
The cost for Call Waiting is already included in the per-minute rate. You simply pay for all simultaneous inbound calls. Call Waiting is automatically included with ReachOut Wireless™ service. If you are not sure whether you have Call Waiting, please contact customer service at 877-870-9444.
Select Text Messaging
Text Messaging allows you to send and receive short text messages directly on a two-way messaging-capable phone. Each message is limited to 160 characters in total length.
The cost for domestic SMS Text Messaging costs one text sent or received per minute of airtime (except the 68 minute plan). The cost for International SMS Text Messaging costs 20¢ per message sent or received.
